A healthy democracy needs citizens who are informed about not only their voting rights but also policy issues. Additionally, citizens should be equipped to engage in the complicated process of understanding different points of view and crafting the compromises that benefit the whole community. This work is the core of the League's mission and we count on the support our of citizens to protect and strengthen our democracy. We need your support in both body (as volunteers) as well as financial support. If you can't do one, perhaps you'll consider the other?
